CPR and the Red Cross

Micheal Anaya-Gorman has worked for the Red Cross for 8 years now.  The Red Cross is a non-profit organization that helps with things like CPR/AED to making sure people have enough food to get them through the week aftter a fire.  In the CPR department, the rules and regulations change regularly.  Knowing CPR can save a life near you.  When some one starts to choke or need CPR, call the ambulance immediatly.  If they are able to talk, ask if they need your help.  Once you start performing CPR you can only stop if...The person you are working on stops choking, the paramedics arrive, or you get too tired.  You never know when you might need CPR so i suggest you get certified any day now!
